Terms of Service

Last updated: October 18, 2026

Welcome to Strada Fluent ("we", "us", "our"). These terms govern your use of our website and services. By using Strada Fluent, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What Strada Fluent is

Strada Fluent is a free online tool for learning Italian. It offers verb conjugation practice, grammar guides, and a flashcard study program. Some features — saving your scores, creating your own decks, and tracking your progress — require a free account.

Your account

  • You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for activity on your account.
  • You must provide accurate information when signing up and be old enough to form a binding contract in your country, or have a parent or guardian's permission.
  • You can delete your account at any time by contacting us; we'll remove your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your content

Flashcard decks and other material you create remain yours. By uploading or creating content on Strada Fluent, you give us the limited permission needed to store it, display it back to you, and back it up. You keep full ownership.

You may not upload content that is unlawful, infringes others' rights, or contains malicious code. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site: no attempts to break security, access other users' data, scrape the service at scale, or interfere with its normal operation. We may suspend or terminate access for abusive behavior.

Our content

The grammar guides, built-in decks, conjugation engine, design, and other materials on Strada Fluent are our property. You may use them for personal learning; you may not republish, resell, or use them to build a competing service without our written permission.

Availability and changes

We work hard to keep Strada Fluent available and accurate, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Learning content is provided for educational purposes and may contain errors. We may modify, pause, or discontinue any part of the service, and we may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be announced on the site.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months — which, since Strada Fluent is currently free, is zero.
